We have just been informed there will be further overnight closures to the A3 and resultant diversions through West Clandon as follows:
Monday 23 October to Friday 27 October 2023
- The A3 southbound between the M25 junction 10 and A247 (Burntcommon) will be closed overnight between 9pm and 6am on Monday 23, Tuesday 24, Wednesday 25, Thursday 26 and Friday 27 October 2023.
- Diversion: via M25 anti-clockwise to junction 9, to the A24, to the A246, to the A247 re-joining the A3 at A247 (Burntcommon).
- Non-motorway diversion: via the A243, to the A24, to the A246, to the A247 re-joining the A3 at A247 (Burntcommon).
Extended Hours – 10pm to 10am Saturday 4 November 2023
- The A3 northbound from the B2215 (Ripley) to the M25 will be closed overnight between 10pm and 10am on Saturday 4 November 2023.
- Diversion: via B2215, A247, A246, A24 and A243 to reach the M25 at junction 9 (Leatherhead).
- Non-motorway vehicular diversion: via A243 from the M25 junction 9 and join the A3 at Hook (Chessington).
Extended Hours 9pm to 8.45am – Saturday 11 November 2023
- The A3 southbound between the M25 junction 10 and A247 (Burntcommon) will be closed overnight between 9pm and 8.45am on Saturday 11 November 2023.
- Diversion: via M25 anti-clockwise to junction 9, to the A24, to the A246, to the A247 re-joining the A3 at A247 (Burntcommon).
- Non-motorway vehicular diversion: via the A243, to the A24, to the A246, to the A247 re-joining the A3 at A247 (Burntcommon).
